As a member of our Clinical Business Development team, you will secure and retain business for QPS through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and influencers at existing and new clients, as well as sourcing new business. This position is “home-office” based in the United States.

The Job
  • Meet or exceed annual proposal and sales targets as determined by Management.
  • Prospect, generate and develop new leads/business opportunities.
  • Drive sales to closure working in conjunction with Operations.
  • Network and relationship-build at senior/decision-maker level across key accounts.
  • Heavy travel required

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech sales or operations
  • In-depth knowledge of the drug development industry with key contacts and relationships
